Description of Work: The Gap Consultancy was initially engaged to formulate a marketing strategy that turned into a whole of organisation business analysis which produced unanticipated recommendations to the client. Tasks included:
Complete business review with in depth staff interviews, review of marketing assets and business performance indicators
Working with the CEO, produced a series of business recommendations and list of marketing priorities
Developed a brief to revise visual identity, engaged with various stakeholders to produce new look and with a plan to rollout it out in early 2019
