Description of Work: The Gap Consultancy has been engaged by Hardi Aged Care to complement its existing internal marketing function since 2015. We have offered continuity of service during staff changes and provided a level of senior expertise not resident in house. Tasks include:

  • Content generation and management of production of biannual internal newsletter

  • Development of new vision, philosophy and values

  • Creation of new tagline

  • Coaching staff on how to identify newsworthy opportunities to promote the company’s purpose

  • Production of image library

  • Review of existing online assets, recommendations for improvement and project management of new website
